We want you to be satisfied with TranscriptBridge. This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions to the TranscriptBridge service from Visionation, Inc.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. If you do not cancel, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and the 30-day money-back guarantee runs from the date of the first paid charge.
How to request a refund
Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@transcriptbridge.com and we will work with Paddle to process your refund.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card network and are typically 5–10 business days.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (accessible from your TranscriptBridge admin or via paddle.net). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds for renewal charges (after the initial 30-day window) are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by emailing support@transcriptbridge.com.
